Second Annual Expert Panel for Defective Drywall and Exhibition
Building Envelope Science Institute Members and guests had the opportunity to receive an update on the Chinese Drywall problem and to participate in round-table discussions facilitated by defective drywall remediation specialists; Presenters at the second annual Expert Panel for Defective Drywall are leading experts in their field, well able to discuss the issues faced by defective drywall contractors across the country. Some of the topics included legal issues such as defective drywall coverage litigation, preservation of evidence, defective drywall and insurance, health effects, other protocols, selective removal, XRF, and a national warranty.
